Road and parking equipment - Delivery and payment information
We send shipments to the Balkans and throughout Europe using services of Speedy and their partners (Greece, Romania, Serbia and Macedonia) and Bulgarian Post (Europe, all zones). Customer's Zone (state) is initially detected automatically and after that your account is going to be assigned to a group with certain transport options depending on your location or the delivery address (if they differ).
With the exception of Bulgaria, Greece and Romania, customers from all other countries have the ability to pay for their orders only by bank wire or PayPal (with option for credit/debit card).
For customers with VAT registration in EU countries (except Bulgaria), who insist prices calculation in their order without included VAT, are in force the follow conditions for this:
1. (amend. - SG. 101 of 2006) document delivery:
a) an invoice for delivery in which when the recipient is registered for VAT in another Member State, indicating the VAT identification number of the recipient issued by a Member State under which the supply is carried out;
b) protocol under Art. 117, para. 2 of the law - in the case of intra-Community supply of art. 7, para. 4 of the Act;
c) document under Art. 168, para. 8 of the Act - if the provider is an individual who is not a sole trader and is not registered under the Act;
2. (amend. - SG. 6 2010, in force from 01.01.2010) documents proving dispatch or transport the goods from the territory to the territory of another Member State:
a) (suppl. - SG. 10 of 2011, effective 01.02.2011) transport document or written confirmation from the recipient or an authorized person certifying that the goods are received in another Member State - where transport is effected by the recipient or by a third party on behalf of the recipient; the written confirmation indicating the date and place of receipt, type and quantity of goods, type, make and registration number of the vehicle, which was carried transport, name of the person before the goods;
b) transport document certifying that the goods are received in another Member State - where transport is effected by the supplier or by a third party at the expense of the supplier.
If these conditions are not applicable, the prices of all items in the order are going to be calculated with VAT.
