KR01 dowel with screw is designed for secure fixation of rubber curb ramps on asphalt or concrete surfaces. The set ensures stability and safe long-term use of PR series products.

Application with Rubber Ramps

• For PR2-5 – 2 pcs of KR01 required
• For PR3-10 – 3 pcs of KR01 required
• For PR4-15 – 3 pcs of KR01 required

Using KR01 prevents ramps from shifting under vehicle load, extends service life, and increases safety during daily use.

Installation Guide

1. Place the ramp at the chosen installation point.
2. Mark drilling points through the mounting holes.
3. Drill holes using a Ø14 mm drill bit to a depth of at least 120 mm.
4. Insert dowels into the prepared holes.
5. Align the ramp with the dowels and place it in position.
6. Tighten the screws with a wrench or screwdriver until fully fixed.
7. Check the stability of the fixation before use.

Regular inspection of the fixings is recommended to maintain maximum reliability.
